WHAT IS EFFECTIVE MICROORGANSIMS (EM®) TECHNOLOGY?
EM® means Effective Microorganisms; it is biological, it is not a chemical. EM® is a cocktail of living micro biological organisms produced through a fermentation process and the product consists of water, molasses, lactic acid bacteria, yeast and phototrophic bacteria. The microorganisms specifically used in the production of EM® are not genetically modified or engineered organisms (GMO). Most of these microbial inoculants are considered food grade and all are classified as Biosafety Level 1 (BSL-1). That is, items that are BSL-1 are known not to cause diseases in healthy adult humans. EM Technology™ products are on the US Food and Drug Administration’s (FDA) GRAS list; contents on this list are generally recognized as safe.

EM Agriculture® (Soil Inoculant/ Bio-Fertilizer)
EM Agriculture (LA2BE1-420) is a natural MICROBIAL INOCULANT made up of beneficial microorganisms and is used as a bio fertilizer on plants and in the soil as a soil inoculant. The microorganisms are of natural origin and is safe to the environment, the humans and animals that come in contact with it. This product reduces pathogenic microbes (i.e. bacteria, fungus, nematodes that causes problems) in the soil and on the leaves and improves the soil environment whereby the plant can display its maximum growth potential.

Soil: | This product is applied at a minimum drench rate to the soil of 20L per acre per cycle of any crop. In your backyard garden apply at 400 -500 ml per gallon of water and drench in the root area of the plants on a weekly basis. |
Foliage: | It can also be applied on the foliage at 3-5 Liters per acre per application cycle in any crop along with any chemical or organic fertilizers. In your backyard garden apply 200 ml per gallon of water along with your fertilizers if desired on a weekly basis. |

EM Livestock® (Probiotic)
EM Livestock (LA2BE2-620) is a natural PROBIOTIC made from a mixture of microorganism of natural origin. It is used in the feed and water for consumption by the animals and the areas or environment where animals reside. EM Livestock is a ready to use product and requires no activation and is safe for consumption by the animals. EM Livestock is used in backyard and commercial livestock industry such as birds (i.e. chicken, turkey, ducks etc.), ruminants (i.e. cattle, goat, sheep etc) and non-ruminants (pigs, horses etc) to suppress odor in the places where the animals are housed and as a probiotic to increase the welfare and efficient functioning of the animal’s digestive system. EM Livestock will reduce and or suppress the growth of many pathogenic microorganisms in the environment where the product is used.

EM Bokashi Livestock®
EM Bokashi Livestock (LA2BE2-520) is a feed additive made from a mixture of food grade microorganisms of natural origin on a natural feed substrate of rice or wheat brand. It is safe for animal consumption and is used in combination with the daily ration at 5% of animal feed being used. EM Bokashi Livestock is used in the backyard and commercial livestock industry as a probiotic feed supplement for birds (i.e. chicken, turkey, ducks etc.), ruminants (i.e. cattle, goat, sheep etc) and non-ruminants (pigs, horses etc) to increase the welfare and efficient functioning of the animal’s digestive system. EM Bokashi Livestock will help maintain a microbial balanced digestive system of the animals that consume it.

EM . 5® – (Natural Insecticide)
EM . 5 (LA2BE9-320) is a natural pest and disease control agent that includes NEEM (Azadirachta indica) and other natural botanical plants with insecticidal properties. It is non-toxic and used in agriculture for varied insect pest. It is also used in livestock pest and domestic animals’ pest management for flea and tick control. The product is used as a natural preventative pest and disease control agent in your gardens and field crop but can kill a broad spectrum of insects upon contact.

PYTA Compost is an organic compost made from coconut husk and coir, grass, black soil and dairy cow manure. The product was designed to improve the soil environment of the plant roots in order to allow for a stronger plant root system that will make a stronger plant that should yield higher production.
